The Adventures of Batman and Robin- N64

I was reading an April '99 issue of Nintendo Power last night, and "Pak Peeks" mentioned a Ubisoft-created title based off of Batman: TAS. I can't find any information on what may have happened to it. Does anyone have any ideas?

I don't have any "hard" facts, but I bet money it became Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker.
