Re: Random Gaming Thoughts
I am playing Prince of Persia The Lost Crown right now. And I have to say I am impressed with the visuals, gameplay and story.
The platform game from Ubisoft is unlike other action adventure titles I am used to playing.

I also kind of liked it.
I didn't love it. I didn't think it was a great game, but I played it and had fun with it.
That said, I would have been pretty upset if I'd spent much money on it. But I feel that way about a lot of the "classic" NES games that I like.
City Connection
Donkey Kong
Pinball
Kung Fu
Popeye
Duck Hunt
I guess I'm cheap, but I would have been kind of disappointed to spend a lot of money on any of those games, and I don't dislike any of them. I actually really like City Connection, but not for $40.

Quick Dreamcast update, I did pick-up a copy of the Sega All-stars version of Sonic Adventure and it boots up and plays fine in my console. Funny how that goes.
Re: Random Gaming Thoughts
I can't stand PC game reviews now. They're all either memes looking for upvotes, complaints about the lack of Windows 7 support (serious), or incredibly vague ("I couldn't get it to run").
Cool. The Dreamcast was always finicky for me even with good copies of games.

I assume you're referring to reviews on the Steam store pages, in which case, yes, they're mostly garbage.

Had the same issue and resolution with Dreamcast and Sonic Adventure. Nothing to do with your console as it is only the printing of the game.
