my local game stop doesnt do it. at this point im in no rush i dont mind mailing them out to a trustworthy person with a good machine. Not looking to spend a fortune considering im paying 2 way shipping. (USA ONLY i dont feel like shipping outside the country) So anyone ? ? ? Paypal ready...

i got 4 ps1 discs and 1 ps2 im considering getting done at the moment.

If the scratches aren't too deep, resurfacing is a good call. If there are any deep scratches, don't waste your time unless it's an expensive game or last-ditch effort.

Do you have any independently owned local game stores? or used CD stores? they might have one.

Otherwise, my local shop has a good machine and I think they only charge a couple bucks a disc. Plus, they'll just tell you if it's a lost cause and not even try. Give em a call if you can't find anyone closer;

yea they are expensive games or id just toss em. There was a lil indy store but i went there and they had moved/went out of Biz.

no, all i have are a couple of GAMESTOP stores.. all the video rental and small independant stores are out of biz. i think there may be one last blockbuster rental place i may call and ask. cheaper to pay $2 shipping each way then gas to get to any place around me

If the games are cheap to get again i would justbuy the games again. I own rocky and wwe here comes the pain and for me to resurface them is 4.00 each. I would rather just find better copies of the game which will be cheaper than to resurface these games.

Talked to my buddy at game hits, it's $5 for one disc, $7.50 for two at a time. So 4 discs would be $15, plus whatever it costs you to mail them.

yea thats too much. ive heard of places that do it for $1 or even free.. im hoping to find that kind of deal.. i used to have a cheap ebay disc buffer that was ok at best. i may just go that route again. it worked decent for awhile. . these games are worth about 10 bucks a piece maybe 12. so im trying to get them done and not rebuy new ones.

i actually found a service on ebay they will do 5 discs for 9.95 shipped. ill just go that route.

A risk of the discs getting lost in shipping. Why not do it yourself?
