Anyone order though ZTNetStore?

Anyone order though ZTNetStore?

Post by jpolzner »

Last week I placed an order for several items. A week later, the order is still showing "pending" and all requests for information have gone unanswered. Is this typical, or am I just being impatient?

Have you emailed them?

Twice.

Once through the "contact us" link on their website and when I didn't get a response, I sent another one to the site admin.

Hmmm...
Please tell me you didn't order a VGA cable from them :)

Anyway, a week isn't too long for a shipment to arrive, but I try to answer my emails fairly quickly.
And I also send out confirmation emails when they ship.

Shipping wouldn't be an issue, but a according to the site, the order hasn't even been shipped and no charges have hit my CC yet.

I ordered an S-video cable, Superpad 8, and a Action Replay 4M Plus from them a few months ago.

I didn't really have any issues with them. It took about a week or two for the payment to process, and then I got the tracking info (it was sort of sketchy, I will explain in a moment). I received everything maybe 3 to 3 1/2 weeks from the time the payment went through. It was packaged neatly and everything was in original shrink wrap with instructions/warranty card, etc.

The tracking info was legit and all (it was shipped through USPS). The weird thing was that it was an indirect notice, i.e. USPS notified me to expect delivery, but they did not have receipt that the package had actually been delivered to them. I guess it's the print out labeling or something of the sort. There was no update as to where the package was at any given time. I waited a bit and it showed up, so I guess I can't really complain about their service.

I would probably order from them again, they have good prices.

Hope this helps.

BestSKU has the Saturn pads for much cheaper, don't know how reliable they are. Was thinking actually about ordering 2 pads from them today.
