How do you get an avatar?

ive tried

and about 200+ others, the only thing I get is a could not upload, or a image with an x. ive even tried ones with tiny sizes. Im about to give up, and dont even get me started with signatures and gifs.

Use MS Paint to make sure you change the pixel size in your picture to what is required at Racket Boy (says within the control panel).

ive gone to sites where the pixel size is 70, but it still doesnt work, sometimes I get some weird jibberish, than a error message.
