Journey

Post by flex wood »

So I just finished the game. It is amazing. I wanted to get other peoples opinions on it. Most of the reviews I've read compared it to Ico and I can definitely see why but for some reason I like this a lot more then Ico. I think that it's because journey gives you even less story then Ico, it has none. Having no story allows the player to make up reasons for your actions. I know for me right now this is my goty so far.

I'm not sure who else has it besides ds since is only available to PS+ members right now (full release next week). I don't want to spoil the game for anyone so I'm not saying very much.

For Mr popo

Came in expecting Wheel in the Sky. I am disappointed.

likewise.

I wrote up a spoiler-free review for a certain member's webzine, and it should be up in the near future....

I have been looking forward to this game for a long time, I was watching a review last week for it, and it said "Stop watching this and go download this right now!" I promptly went to the PSN to find this gem and it was nowhere to be found! I then checked the release date and it was the 13th! I was not happy...

Downloaded yesterday. May not play until this weekend. Sounds like something I could use in my life though. I need a good ole reality escape. :D

I just tried to access PSN to see what's this is about and the network is down for maintenance. What a POS. I have to agree with others that PSN sucks compared to xbox live even though it's free. Long, slow constant updates. Lots of service connectivity issues, etc.

So how much does this game cost?
