Anywhere from 0500-0730 - Get up
0900-1500ish - work
1500ish-1600ish - lunch
1600ish-1800 - work
1800-1830ish - drive home
The rest depends on the day. Other work, friends, family, etc. Usually I am in bed around Midnight and then it starts all over again. The early morning thing is because of some vicious insomnia I use to have (that is nothing compared to what it use to be), though getting up two hours early has given me reason to play Pokemon Red many many times.
