pac man lottery tickets

for the past 3 or so months the state of maine has had pac man scratch off lottery tickets, with a chance at $40,000 dollars or a pac man video game machine. Anyone else seen these?

It looks like there are other ones out there. The one in this video is way cooler than the ones we've got here:

I googled and it looks like Iowa just got a pac man game lottery ticket, but I couldnt find a picture to see if it was the same one. I also found this on youtube:

I know that the lottery is basically a scam, but I would buy a few of those tickets.
