I came across this link while looking up a clock. I'm thinking kind of creative but there's a few that I would not have chosen to sacrifice.

This make any one rage?

Not really raging. It's not like any of those are particularly rare and it's not like there's a shortage of NES carts floating around.

None were super rare, but it's still sad to see Metroid and Contra go like that. Do it to the fivers all day long, if you wish, but contra isn't exactly worth pennies.

Yeah I'm not saying I condone it, just saying it's not rage-worthy.

Besides, for all we know they used non-working carts... at least I hope they did.

(even then, though, i'm sure they would've been easily repaired.)

The guy apparently (according to the blurb) likes to turn "nerdy" things, like NES games apparently, but also comics and other stuff, into clocks. I'd imagine someone like that wouldn't care.

I wonder who buys this stuff?

FOUND THIS DUMB LOOKING OLD GAME CALLED "DUCK TALES 2". FIGURED NOBODY WOULD WANT IT SO I MADE IT INTO A CLOCK!

ISN'T THAT NEAT?

I dunno, back when some one posted the SNES urinal people were kind of mad. It was all sports games but people seemed to be bothered by ruining games.

There's a few turned in to clocks that I'm actively searching for. So I was a bit bummed to see them turned in to a clock. Aren't those clocks the cheap ones you can get at a craft store?

As for non-working carts... think about how many non-working carts you've come across.. yeah not nearly as many as there are clocks listed there. In the hundreds of Nes carts i've owned and sold I've had maybe a total of two legitimately not work at all. I've had more sega carts fail.
