Need help with telnet commands [resolved]

I need help writing the correct syntax because I don't understand it. The web interface won't allow me to config port forwarding in ranges for some stupid reason. Thanks!

Oh I used to be a CCNA at one point so I have the basics down but the syntax is what I can't figure out I want to forward ports for Battlefield 3 basically.
