Castle Crashers, SSF2THD, and the "Odin Sphere Ninja" game are my top pics.
How 'bout you?

Cheers for the tip. I heard the music was done by the same guy who did JSR and JSRF. I wonder if he did the music for Rush Adventure as well? Come to think of it, what other games had he done the music for?racketboy wrote:I'd pick of the first one -- I got it new dirt cheap on Amazon.com ($15, I think?)kinn wrote:Defo SF2HD and Castle Crashers. The Jet Set Radio, Ollie King (many JSRF tracks) and Sonic Rush are the only big ones

The DS Zelda
I think the DS Zelda is going to be 2D, so a vote for that one. I loved Minnish Cap (done by Capcom IIRC).
I think Hourglass is also outsourced to Capcom with Nintendo supervision, but I'm not sure. And I don't mind the "Celda" art style (particularly not in a handheld title, who tend to have different artistic styles from consoles to disguise the relative technical weakness).
Ivo.

Well, my wish was fulfilled: Worms 2 came out for PSP and DS. Got it for the PSP -- thats some 2D loveliness, right there. Easily the best worms since Armageddon.
Otherwise:
Odin Sphere Ninja Game, you betcha.
Loco Roco for PS3 (Its 2D gameplay, but most everything, I think, is a vector, as opposed to sprite).
Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet: http://www.insanelytwistedshadowplanet.com/ I don't think there has even been mention of this.
Sensible World Soccer
Street Fighter HD -- never a big SF fan, but love HD
And I keep wondering -- there was that weird black/white noirish game that was posted some time ago.... Can't remember the name of it, but looked very interesting.

No, that's not it. It was noirish, surreal, and I want to say sort of a platformer. I think it was for PC and was a hobby project, but am uncertain on both those counts. I do know you were the one that brought it to our attention. I should probably be a bit more clear -- the noirish feel has nothing to do with detective work, but rather the atmosphere noire is all about.racketboy wrote:Hotel Dusk: Room 215 for the DS?durkada wrote:And I keep wondering -- there was that weird black/white noirish game that was posted some time ago....
