Is my wii dying?
Is my wii dying?
I just bought a new wii because for the last month or so my wii has been saying when I load games up "system files are corrupted. Please check your user manual for further instructions." After ten minutes or so I can finally play a game. So is my wii dying? has anyone ever heard of this? I have other people tell me yes because I have had the system since 2007 and it may be its last run. I Just wanted to ask you guys before I make a mistake and sell it and find out that there is nothing wrong with it. Thanks everyone

Re: Is my wii dying?
What version of the system menu are you running? I probably would try updating to 4.2 or 4.3.

Backup your game saves and any game downloads onto SD card(s) and format the system memory?

So, did you "check your user manual for further instructions"? Report your findings.
