After quite a bit of google-ing I can't find much about this system at all. I recently invested in one, and was really pleased with it -- For about 20 minutes.
I plugged in the system with the proper AC adapter, flipped the power switch and watched the menu pop up. I then inserted my copy of Defender Of The Crown 2, and it loaded immediately. I played for about twenty minutes, then the game froze. I opened and closed the CD tray to see if I could get the disc spinning again, but the disc did not resume spinning. I turned the system off and left it.
The next day, I turned the system on, disc still in the drive, and it boots - but the disc will not spin. I tried a different disc with no different outcome. The unit still turns on, I can access the menu and submenus, but the CD will not spin.
Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this and how I could possibly fix it?

The disc door wasn't closing properly. I pushed it slightly to the right and the unit operated perfectly fine.
