Not quite sure where to put this, but I guess the best place for it is here.

Not too long ago, I picked up Vol. 1 of the Nintendo SuperStars magazine. It's basically a big collection of Star Power profiles from Nintendo Power. But is also has a very nice collection of posters inside. I liked quite a few of them, so I decided to take them out. Of course, they have holes in the middle where the staples were, so I scanned them into the computer at 300dpi and pieced them together, fixing the holes and creases. I'm going to print a few of them out and frame a couple of them and thought I'd share.

First up, Donkey Kong Country Returns:

Star Power profiles? Are these real upcoming titles, or just artwork? (They do look impressive; the "Super Mario" poster with the faint raccoon shadow adds just a touch of nostalgia.)

If the files sizes are quite large, would you be averse to using public file-hosting sites such as RapidShare or MediaFire?

I don't know why that didn't occur to me. I already have a MediaFire account. I guess I had a brain fart. Derp. Fixed.

^ I got my frames at Wal-Mart of all places. Searched a bunch of different stores that carry a variety of frames, but none of them had 11x17 frames Couldn't believe I found them at Wal-Mart. They are a little less than $8 each. Not really all that great a price, but I just wanted black frames so they were just what I was looking for.

It's been a while, but I've finished off a couple more scans. There are a couple others from another magazine I plan on scanning, but I don't know when I'll get to that. Anyway, here are the next 3

Zelda Ocarina of Time


This one is oriented a bit differently than the others and I also lopped off the bottom boarder, so this is the only one that's not 11x17in. Instead it's 9.25x15.75in.
