I was looking for a brand new gamecube. I inquired about one i saw on ebay, as to wether it was factory sealed, and was told that there was no tape or seal on it at all, but that he had never used it or anything, and that everything inside was in bags with twisties (implying he had opened it and looked)
I just wanted to check, does anyone know if factory sealed gamecube systems have a piece of tape or anything sealing them closed? I know most consoles do. I.e. MY ps2's that are still sealed have white sony stickers sealing the side. And newer consoles have that clear tape seal on them. It seems a bit strange that this is not sealed on the side. Is that normal, or is there suposed to be some kind of seal on it?
Do factory sealed gamecubes have a sticker/tape?

My platinum 101 that came from the store did not have seals on the box.

hmm so one person says it didn't have the seal. Strange, anyone else that knows for sure? Seems odd that it would not have a seal. Every other system ive had has had a seal
