Where to start?
I would like some advice as to how to get started with a N64 collection, and games to expand my Gameboy collection. I do plan on getting the games listed in the articles here, but I'm not sure where to start with the N64, other than the fact that I want an Ice Blue one. I've been told they are rare, but I've also been told they are the most common Funtastic color. On the Gameboy games, I'm not sure as what I should try other than the games listed here.
Thanks in advance.
Thanks in advance.
Systems: Game Boy, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, N64, Gamecube, Xbox 360
WTB: Boxes for a silver Gamecube System(and a hyperport cover), and a box for an Ice Blue N64 console. Will pay 7.50 for each and shipping.

N64 wise you should get Smash Bros, Majora's Mask, Mario 64, and pretty much everything HERE.(If you want to actually play perfect dark you need the RAM cart)
For the gameboy you wanna get Wario Land 3, Super Mario Land, Maybe one of the Zelda games (be warned those games are really hard with puzzles and all that), Bomberman, and I don't know what else thats all that really come to me at the time being.

Even if they aren't cheap, definitely get your hands on ANY of Rare's games for the system; half the reason to own an N64 IMO. Banjo-Kazooie and Goldeneye at the very least should be a top priority.
If you have a 3DS, you can of course get Ocarina of Time 3D, but otherwise that should be on the top of your list as well.
Nintendo 64 is probably my favorite system due to so many great games being on it...

You should start with the N64 the same way most of us did: Super Mario 64

Re: Where to start?
Quick question, the expansion pack will help all games to run better, correct? Because from what I understood, it doubles the systems RAM, so I would think that it would cause games from before its introduction to run more smoothly.

let's put it this way, if your going to collect an N64 it's a MUST have. The Last Horseman wrote:Quick question, the expansion pack will help all games to run better, correct? it does improved some games that doesn't support it but your going to need it for the later release games that requires it.
