Disc Buffers

Post by wclem »

Anyone out there had any experience with one? I am looking for one at a very reasonable price that will provide good service and have a low usage.

I have some discs that could use a buffing but it is not like I am gonna start a buffing business or anything. I will probably average a disc a week on it.

Price is very important on this, dont have a ton of cash to blow right now.

I get a lot of used games and some need a little TLC. Especially GCN games because they are finicky anyway. Nobody around here does it so I have to find a way to do it myself. I tried a few things with a polisher and other things just to realize I need a real buffing system.

Any thoughts?

I heard somewhere that toothpaste works well.
Don't quote me on that though.
