SLOW ASS SHIPPING ........during summer?

hey guys....

Weird problem here

How come all year long (for the past 6 yrs) i receive my things normally in 2 weeks , 3 weeks ,

NOW since this summer i received a packaged that took 1 month & a half to reach me


& I shipped a package To a user here in the USA & it isn't there yet .... it has been almost 3 weeks!...

is Summer the time of SLOW ASS shipping ????

It never happened before im confused
