I wish they would release Shenmue I and II on the Wii. Why the Wii. The Wii is the perfect console for DC games since it's not HD and has a great following with the retro community.

I'll believe it when I see it at this point. But a PSN/XBLA release of the first two games would be sweet.

Although I mentioned the Wii would be a great place to release the first two. XBLA probably will get it since it already has other DC games.

This would be awesome but if Sega were to rerelease the first two at all I'd see them using XBLA and PSN.

Yes! Please bring your boring bloated franchise to a new generation of consoles

I'd much much much rather see a new Suzuki helmed After Burner, Virtua Racing, Space Harrier, or a new Outrun. I'd even settle for a new Virtua Fighter, since 5 kinda suffered without him. Better than all of that would be a new arcade-style game with a new IP...we can hope!

It's blasphemy dammit!
Nah, but seriously, Shenmue isn't for everyone I guess. Plus I mostly see it through rose-tinted nostalgia goggles, but man oh man I do love the series and have been waiting for Shenmue 3 since the death of the Dreamcast. I do hope that one day it comes out, even though it will likely never live up to the hype and would be a "disappointment."

I'm more likely to replay Shenmue 1 & 2 than any of Suzuki's other games. Not sure the world needs yet another arcade racer or rail shooter. But another installment of the greatest post-Sierra adventure game, yes please!
