I've heard reference to them twice in my searching on google, but none of those results prove much use.

I would really like to know a few things about it. I can only assume a few things: it was a preorder gift from Best Buy, it is a binder cover (someone said they have one on a binder).

Other than that, has one sold recently? Anyone else have one? I can't find any pictures of them.

Wow... nothing, eh?

one just popped up on ebay, although it's included with the collectors edition game.

I'm curious to see what it ends at
