I know that the Half-Life VS book was published and sent to retail shelves before the game was to be released. I know some of you here might have the guide book and was wondering if you could be so nice as to do full scans of it for all us HLDC fans.

Everything you see so far I have included in a download with full resolution scans for better reading on your personal computer. (Updated as of December 18 2010.)

Very nice! I'm unfamiliar with that Comic Book Reader program. Are the scans in the widely accepted PDF format?

Sorry, no, they are only viewable with the CBZ program, but I did compile many magazines in .Jpeg and .png format in the package.

Randy pitchford and Brian Martel and some guy named Evan from ODCM US magazine are all I can tell who is named on the magazine article with their pictures.

Also, the interesting thing is that the US ODCM was a review of the unleaked Multiplayer game, and the UK article on the top was about the leaked Singleplayer game. Apperiantly they were going to have 2 versions of the game, and the MP disc would have included Counter-Strike, Team Fortress and Day of Defeat as stated in the article.

Reading the MP article is fucking depressing seeing what almost could have been had the DC held on to life for 2 more years!

I have a Gamepro magazine with a hands on preview of the Dreamcast verison. I looked over your scans, and they look the same.

The same reviews or saying the same general thing? I think the ODCM might have been a part of the Ziff Davis group of magazines, so they might have published the same things across magazines if they were from the same corporation.

Could you take a picture of it please or something? This piques my interest. Also, what issue of Gamepro was this in? It might already be scanned on one of the sites I use.
