What´s the best one for racing games?

The control pad. Seriously, I never managed to find a steering worth a damn for the ps1. The least garbage of them that I tried was one called the v3, not sure who made it but it worked better than any other I bought.

Why not use a PS2 or PS3 wheel and play your PS1 games on one of those systems?

For great control with accurate RC feel.

That little logo on the bottom right makes the game not worth my while....

Anyway, I use a Madkatz Universal Steering wheel and pedals. Works on xBox, PS1/2, Gamecube, and Wii. I personally like it, feels comfortable.

Have not played that one, looks interesting.
The Ultraracer controller is great for regular racers such as Gran Turismo too.
But as far as my favorite PS1 RC game, Stunt Copter with the standard Dual Shock.

For Dreamcast the best toy sim is Toy Commander.

The Interact V3, own both the PSX and Dreamcast version. You could clamp it to the table or place under your legs while sitting. Unique that you could tilt it up to resemble driving a truck as well as extend the height.
