Well got my action replay finally and House of the Deas was my first option.
and well there are issues it does lag at some points some audio skips and when i tried putting in my name this loud static noise came up.
Im not sure if its cause its a 60hz game running at 50hz cause im PAl region or just generally doesnt work :/

Sounds about right.. I've heard is some issues plaguing certain pal/ntsc titles when imported. I haven't yet personally done an ntsc/pal import on my Saturn yet, but I would also check to see it the disc and lens is clean if you haven't done so yet.

well it was sealed, so i know it isnt the disc, ill check the lens
