As far as video switches just add any extras if your TV doesn't have enough inputs.
From your list the newest is the Gamecube-PS2 which is component, Dreamcast is VGA and the N64 is S-Video.

Video Switch Boxes
1st box - Composite and S-Video
2nd box - Component
3rd box - HDMI (For newer consoles)

Have a Sony WEGA HD CRT myself, love it. Also have a Vizio LCD.
Read my CRT vs LCD signature link for comparisons, video inputs and ideas.

Lol, here's a quick and dirty description copypasta'ed from another thread:
If you get a Standard Definition TV go for a Sony Trinitron. These were THE reference CRT for professionals and high end videophiles in their day and it still shows as mine makes even the crappiest quality stuff look amazing.

In particular their Wega (Pronounced, Vega) and later FD Trinitron Wega (FD sets were flat screen CRT's and are available in either HD or SD variants) are still THE top of the line CRT's ever produced and are still used by major studios, video editors, graphic artists and all sorts of pros to do their work with.

Plus now that SDTV's are on the way out these can be found for a pittance of their original $600-$2,000 price at goodwill's and on Craigslist.
Basically if you're going to buy an SDTV for all your retro needs get a Trinitron, these are literally the highest quality Standard Definition televisions ever produced and you'll be doing yourself a disservice by purchasing otherwise.
My Consoles:
Genesis - Nomad - SegaCD - GameGear - Sega Saturn - Dreamcast - NES - SNES - N64 - Gamecube - Wii - Playstation - PSone & LCD - PS2 - PS3 - Xbox - 3DS

Goodwill, Goodwill, Goodwill........

Also

Craigslist, Craigslist, Craigslist........

I paid $80 for mine along with the original remote plus a very nice matching Sony stand and it was very much worth it. I've never had a better picture with any of my Retro stuff EVER.

Beware though, Sony Trinitrons are what's known as "Reference" sets. Basically this means if you're using garbage cables, playing through RF or the system isn't putting out a nice clean signal it will show up on screen and you will notice it. These are designed to let you see every single detail of an SDTV signal and used to cost the same as a nice used Honda.

I just crawled Goodwill's and flea markets for a week and bought myself some nice thick home theater quality cables and was all set for only $10.

I have a trinitron xbr. Sweet. I didn't even know I had the best. It came with our old house and it is indeed awesome. It's 32" which I think is about as big as crt sets ever came. It has a crapload of inputs and big speakers attached to the sides.
