Have you noticed the recycle symbol in your case?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

Have you noticed the recycle symbol in your case?

I know they are trying to use less plastic and reminding us to recycle/reuse, but is it really necessary? I really don't like having the holes in my case.

It is in my Monster Hunter Tri case. It pissed me off.
Its the only case of mine that has it.

Imagine if the Gen hard cases had those. >_<

I still don't see the point of the eco cases. I'm not terribly bothered by them, but how is it reducing plastic if the cases are made out of the same type of plastic anyhow?

Wouldn't it make more sense to make these things out of recycled plastic or something? Aren't a lot of DVD cases ALREADY made of recycled plastic?

you'd be surprised.

I've known folks who just throw away cd and dvd cases when they get them.

They are reducing the amount of plastic used in the case as well as bringing this change to your immediate attention whenever you open it. Hence the very large holes in them.
