I'm starting another series to highlight the best value games for a given system.
I've started with the Saturn:

Any games that you think should be on the list?
I will be posting topics for other consoles soon for your input
The Cheapest Sega Saturn Games To Start A Collection
great list ...
agree with: SFA2 over SFA3 ... not even a close call if you can find the SFA2 Collection for same price
quibbles:
I'd swap Choro Q Park for Manx TT ... Manx TT is pretty average (I might take Road Rash over Manx TT)
I'd swap Puyo Puyo 2 for Puyo Puyo Sun ... maybe that's just me
additions:
Might be worth mentioning best shmup value is probably Galactic Attack/Layer Section
Sports games ... Victory Goal '97, Greatest Nine '98: Summer Action, NBA Action '98, NHL Powerplay '96 ... all dirt cheap, classics in their day, and still fun

Bug and Bug Too are fun, entertaining platformers that rarely go over $10. I've also seen Street Fighter Alpha alone for somewhere in the $4 - $8 range before.
