Gravitation Net Yaroze

Post by Riqz85 »

Does anyone remember this AMAZING game released through a demo disc on a UK magazine (maybe another magazine in US). It was even 2 player and I remember having so much fun with it. I recently saw a downloadable disc with all net yaroze games and was thinking of buying a psx (sold mine when i was like 16-17 to buy a ps2) again and replaying these classics.

Here's a video:

Ooh, hey a Thrust-alike I haven't heard of before. I will have to check this one out.

I am curious about this aswell. Im not a huge Thrust fan, but straight skill deathmatch titles are always worth me giving a look.

Oh yeah, I've got that disc somewhere at my mum's house. I'm gonna have to hunt it down. It has some pretty cool games on there.

I used to play gravitation a lot with my mate.

I'm like 80% sure I used to play this game on Amiga. It is strictly 2-player and it looks very much like this.

The 20% doubt is because I know there is a whole class of these kind of games. But probably the programmer that made this one also made something very much like it (similar graphic assets and so on) on the Amiga.

It was really fun to play.

Gravity Force 1 and maybe 2 as well?

It's not the same game that's for sure. Net Yaroze was a game development machine for regular users. It might be similar to the amiga games yes.

There was also an AMAZING single player on Gravitation. It's well worth a try if you can find it.
