I was going to get Tekken 6 and the PS3 Fighting Stick 3 from Hori ( but I saw there was a Tekken 6 bundle for 80 which makes the stick included around the same price as the FS3 (not including the art book in the price difference) I kinda like the plain look of the FS3, but I was curious if anyone had any experience with either or if there was a huge difference between the two. It says the Tekken one is wireless, but I didn't see that if the FS3 was or wasn't. Any suggestions?
And btw the MadCatz Tournament sticks are a bit too expensive for me. I just need a basic stick.

The bundle ones are ugly! They are a good stick though not the best but good. The Hori ones are solid though for the most part. If you planned on modding just get the bundle if not get the Hori but even then I'd still consider modding.

Yeah, the art work was a definite downside for me. It's ok, but nothing that great either.

I'd suggest not getting the tekken 6 one. It's wireless, and the quality of that wireless isn't great.

Oh really? Hmmm I'll probably stick to the FS3 unless someone can convince me otherwise.

I used the 360 one its wired I believe so I wouldn't be able to vouch for that.
Old Mad Catz tourney sticks are only $120 at EB and Gamestop now? Compared to the $150 on there website or is that still to much? Im Canadian as-well so there even cheaper if your american!

Yeah. But it's about 70 dollars too much than I wanna spend. I'd rather get another game or two.

The tekken stick is really lightweight and made entirely of plastic. It doesn't have quick disconnect buttons, which means that when the buttons go, they're gone for good, unless you're handy with a soldering. That's the best case scenario, as in, it has switched buttons connected to a PCB by wire. It could just be contact switches like the ones in a keyboard, if one breaks/corrodes the entire thing is pretty much fucked, unless you're a dab hand at PCB repair.
I paid £70 and £80 respectively for both of my Mad Catz TE FightSticks, which means that surely you'd be able to get them for around the equivalent in dollars (IE no more than $100) the new TE fightsticks made for Super Street Fighter IV are apparently worse due to the sharp edges, they're not as ergonomically designed as the original TE FightSticks. You're better off getting the original SFIV fightsticks if you can find them.
