Blood Bowl

Post by Octopod »

I saw that this was out today for both PC and 360. I am picking this up for sure but I could not decide which version to get. If they are exactly the same I'll get the 360 version but I think the PC version has laddering seasons with bunches of players and the 360 version just have plain one on one games. Not sure really.

Anyone else picking this up?

Actually I guess this was released for PC last year but this is the first time I have seen it in stores. Did it just get a 360 release so they are re-releasing the PC version too?

It was download only for the longest time, I am interested in a retail release. Ill look into it next time I go to a store that sells pc games. I just hope the turn based plays well, I hated the "prequels" realtime gameplay.

I heard a special edition is coming out later this year that will have 21 races total. I think the version out now has 8 races.

To answer my own OP for the sake of others who are curious, yes, the Xbox 360 version has gimped online play.

I am pretty sure Skaven are one of the 8 current races.

I think I will wait and buy the special edition but we'll see, I want to play some Blood Bowl pretty bad.
