So I bought an Atari Jaguar CD unit a couple of months back, for collection purposes mostly and never purchased a game for it. I was planning on burning some since I heard it was easy to do, but I just never found the time to do it. While I was at a store near my house, I found this game for the system, Primal Rage. I've never played Primal Rage on a home consoles, but did play the Cab at my local Pizza Hut when I was younger and enjoyed it quite a bit. The port is OK at best, but I'm finally glad I own a game for the console. Just wondering what Atari Jaguar CD games my fellow racketboy members own and what do you think of them? Its definitely a unique piece of machinery that has a certain charm to it. Here is a pic of the game. It came complete and in mint condition.

I have had a huge jaguar bundle...was working on another one....and sold it. Hell I sold my sealed jaguar CD before it even got here *will be here today and dropping it off tomorrow*...the jaguar is cool...but...I just dont have tiem for it anymore.

I own Blue Lighting (its like afterburner), Battle Morph (much better then cyber morph), Baldies, Vidgrid, Space Ace and Myst.

To be considered CIB they also came with a box. Only the Myst game I have the box. The rest I have the digi pack case.

You certainly did sell them, but not to me...

As for the Jaguar itself, it's barely worth owning. It's more expensive than the average system and it has less decent games than anything (except, arguably, the 32X and Virtual Boy). The Jag CD is even MORE expensive and pointless. To top it all off, the 360 actually looks like a reliable machine next to it.

If I found one at the right price I'd probably go for it, but that's unlikely to happen for me. Since you already have one, that's pretty cool! I've heard that the homebrew scene on it is pretty decent, but I haven't looked into it much.

I suppose Blue Lightning is the only must-own game on it, simply because it's the most popular game for it. How many titles were actually released for it? The number 17 is in my head, but that's just from memory from reading about the J-CD YEARS ago. Either way, it must have a very small library.

I believe the offical US release is a total of 12 games...or 13? its not many...at al;.

I saw a boxed Jaguar today for $175. Pff.
