Next week, EA's Battlefield 1943 will become available for a discounted price on Xbox Live Arcade. Currently coming in at 1200 Microsoft Points, beginning Monday, the game will sell for 800 MS Points. No word on how long the discount will last or if will remain at that price point.

That's what I thought too. Thank god it isn't. This item has been on my "to buy" list since it launched. I guess I'll have to grab it while it's cheap.
Any word on if the ps3 version is being discounted as well?
