I wanna get a Saturn memory cartridge

Hey guys. New here.
I wanna get a memory card for my Sega Saturn, which I just got for Christmas. (It's awesome. I don't regret it.

) I've heard that the internal memory won't hold too much save data, though. Don't worry about my backup battery, I successfully replaced it today. So I wanna be able to use a memory card.
-I am not interested in imports, unless there are a lot of real cheap games without a language barrier out there.
-I kinda wanna keep it cheap. Nothing more than $25.
-Not concerned too much about RAM. Most of the games it's used for are fighting games, which I do not like that much.
-I would prefer the ability to save directly to the cart.
Thanks!

-It's not Christmas yet

-Unless you have a Japanese system, you'll have a tough time playing imports anyway
-$25 is normal, I think
-RAM expansion carts is only for imports, so it's a moot point
-all regular memory carts save directly to carts
-you should post this in the buy/sell/trade forum

Most (all?) will not save directly to cart. But the question is whether this is due to the cart or the game.

The official sega carts save directly to the card (most games that support it give you an option between it and the system memory.)
You can easily get an official japanese sega memory or an american one for a little more. Still should be around $25 or less.

What are you talking about? Every game I can think of lets you save directly to a memory cartridge if you choose. Some 3rd party carts, like the PAR 4-in-1 (I think, I don't actually have one), don't let you "directly" save to it. You have to manually transfer the save files.

I heard that just one memory cart holds ten times as much data as the internal memory. Is this true?
Also:
I'm living in Japan, so you know that that means... I have access to stuff that most people don't.

I'm thinking of changing my signature do to way too many annoying PMs. That's a hint for people who post annoying pictures and make useless posts.

I got a RAM cart with my Saturn (Cheers again Breetai), every game I have lets me save directly to the RAM cart, this is a 1st Party Memory Cart.

That's what I meant. You can't save directly to the 4 in 1 from within game. I don't have a Sega brand memory card. Sorry I was unclear.
