The only reason I'd want it is so I can use a 360 arcade stick on my PS3

I guess the most important question would be is there any input lag with this device?

I've also been interested in this (for the PS3), as well as the XCM XFPS Sniper 3.0 for the 360, which allows you to use PS2 joypads and peripherals on the 360.

But yeah, I would also prefer to use a wired 360 controller on the PS3 for some games
