Fat Princess

Post by Cronson »

The reviews are scarce and I trust my racketboy members' opinions, so has anyone played Fat Princess? Is it worth the $15?

My PSN ID is also Cronson if you want to add me.

I have some PSN money to burn in my account. Is this a co-op game? I hear a lot about it, but I still don't know much about the actual gameplay.

As far as I know its basically capture the flag but very big with lots of different classes. Sounds really cool but I want to hear a non fanboy's opinion. (My roommate can see no fault in anything PS3 related)

I picked it up tonight. I haven't had a chance to try multiplayer (where I would imagine this game would truly shine), but single player is fun enough. If anyone decides to pick it up I'll probably be playing a fair bit this weekend, psn id is dlmvii

I've been playing this game a ton the past few days, it's really awesome chaotic fun. There's a few problems with matchmaking connecting people at the moment, so i've just been hosting games to get around that and it's been a blast - it takes a while for the room to fill up and replace the bots, but once it gets going it's great fun, played for 4 hours straight yesterday. The game is heavily strategy based, and as such it can be majorly confusing at first - i'd reccomend that first time players choose a class and stick with it for a while until they're used to it and from there progress onto other classes. I mainly play as the Worker or the Mage.

*edit, forgot to mention, add me up if you want to join one of my games, I can host 30 players and should be playing a load this weekend - my PSN name's 'Bootaaay'.

massive fun online. The matchmaking is complete crap thats for sure but once you are in a match its too much fun. The only way to win is push the chaos to the side and work together. Without teamwork you are just hopeless in this game and I love it!!
