Can anyone help me put it back on English? I really don't know how this happened.

Ah, okay! I just fixed it. I searched videos about changing country and language settings, and it basically showed what all the menus looked like in English, that way I was able to figure out where the buttons I needed to press were. Thank you for the quick response, though!
