Audio Trouble with burned SegaCD isos

I have a question. I have burned a few ISO's to play on my sega cd console and they all seem to have the same problem. Some tracks just do not play correctly. Popful Mail for instance will work fine except when you get to the title screen, then the audio track goes ape and speeds up. They sound like a mouse caught in a blender.

It has happened on others ive burned. I used winlame to convert the mp3s to wave files and used sega cue maker to make the cue sheet and then burned the disk in Alcohol 102 or something like that.

Does this problem sound familiar to anyone? If so how did you fix it? ( o _ @)

Use Nero if you've got it. It automatically converts mp3's so long as the filenames in the cue's match up to the files in the directory and don't have spaces in the name!

Also make sure it says MP3 after the filename instead of WAVE

EG:

Code: Select all

FILE "houseofthedead.iso" BINARY
  TRACK 01 MODE1/2048
      INDEX 01 00:00:00
      POSTGAP 00:02:00
FILE "02.mp3" MP3
  TRACK 02 AUDIO
    PREGAP 00:02:00
    INDEX 01 00:00:00

THANKS ALOT MAN!!
