What excactally does Microsoft do when caught online w/mod

so do they ban your account? or just the modded xbox?

They ban your console, not your gamertag. But, they will not be able to detect you (at least not as of right now) if you use updated, current firmware and use isos that are created correctly.

ah, i see, i knew there were 2 rumors out on what happens,

so if my modded xbox gets cought, i can still use my hard drive on my regular 360 and play online with that no problems with my regular account, right?
