Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

Pal rpgs worth importing

Post by chupon »

I want to know what RPG's other then Terranigma, in English PAL format never made it over the pond. I know Dragon Lagoon was never officially released outside of Japan. I am aware of translation projects and emulation but as a collector would like to own and play a super famicom stateside with a power converter. Is it worth it for me to buy a super famicom just for Terranigma if I don't want to play on emulation?

What other RPG and SRPG's should I be aware of that were never brought over?

heh, as soon as I saw this thread it thought terrinigma. Well, This isn't really my forte but I do know that certain pal releases of rpg's have a less censored plot, like ffIII. A lot of biblical references are taken out so if your a purist, i guess that will work.
Don't that just look oh so tasty?

I'm kinda sick of final fantasy. i've beaten them all except the real #2 and #11 obviously. need something different - and lets face it - the SNES is the best system for rpg's.
