Four mesquite chunks the size of an oxtail, first soaked in water overnight, cooked in indirect heat.

When I grill, my entire neighborhood gets a whiff.

Smoked gouda on the smoked burger. On smoked buns.

I had a theme party without even planning it.

Sounds awrsome. Love the convenience of gas, love how food cooked over charcoal & chips taste. I'm torn lol

Just resisted the Sausage Egg & Cheese Breakfast Sandwich that's on the way to work, and went with a bowl of Kashi instead. It was pretty good, but damn... It's so hard to say "no" to sausage ;_;
