Paypal said they would send me two payments that would be retracted to verify the account. The other option is as far as I know to give paypal access to the account which includes giving them my pin, which doesn't sit right with me.
I apologize for the wait. Paypal said "2-3" days. It's been two. I will contact paypal tomorrow afternoon if I haven't received their temporary deposits. Trust me, I am more frustrated than you are at this point.
