If it was me I would leave it in the TATE setup and start collecting PCB games for it since you already have it wired up for JAMMA. I would be to overwhelmed with MAME and all the choice, plus the collector in me says I need the PCB.

i can see that viewpoint pretty clearly, but i'm trying to lessen the amount of things i have, so i'm thinking MAME is the way to go. i can also just put a few games on it at a time to keep from getting overwhelmed. or utilize favorites and such. plus with the TATE orientation i'm probably only going to put games on here that will fit well with that setup, so there's that, too.

and i'm really just kind of excited to take this monitor out of this thing because, eventually, i'm going to have to move it again. :?

Picked up this NES Top Loader lot for $150 today.

Some of the highlights are the Top Loader itself, Contra, Yoshi's Island, Mega Man IV, CIB Mega Man, and a copy of Ogre Battle for the PSX.

Maybe, but at least $5 isn't completely terrible. I actually talked them down from $70  . I was impatient and bought from the only pawn shop with a game section open on Sunday. Probably some of those at other shops could be $2 or so each, but I'm still happy. I got most of the X-Box games I want.
