Too early to start talking about rare/valuable Wii games?
Re: Too early to start talking about rare/valuable Wii games
In case anyone still needs a copy and hadn't heard, One Piece Unlimited Adventure recently went through a reprint / mass refurb via Gamestop. My area had one copy show up at all the stores in the state a month or two ago. I finally jumped on it. Disc was like new, case art was like new, manual has a funny crinkle in it that looked more like manufacturing fluke. It's a pretty good deal for the price, compared to what mint copies have gone for on eBay in the not distant past.

I have Bit Trip for the 3DS. It's an awesome collection of games.

Those games are bad-ass and I could play them for hours. I love the way they did the soundtracks also. Just all around great pick up and play games. Who cares if these are rare and valuable cause they are a blast.

Yes, Bit.Trip is awesome.
Are any of the other wiiware games available on disc?
Also, this thread is about to hit one hundred pages, which I find exciting for no terribly good reason.

The most expensive Wii game I've bought was this:
If only I'd bought it when it was first released, instead of waiting until years later. Lesson learned for that series.

Yup, the Fire Emblem games pretty much have to be purchased on release, which also happens to include any related merchandise (e.g. Marth amiibo).

Great game, the bonus Music CD adds to buying the extra featured disc version. I too look and prefer for the disc versions of download games. There are so many great games some of which are no longer available as a download purchase; some games even removed on current consoles.

Geometry Wars though not a Wiiware game is a download 360 game, the Wii edition has extra features including a bonus level unlock when doing a one time sync with the DS version.
Still need to pick up Wii Groovin Blocks, Tetris Party and anther console, the 360 Limbo compilation disc. Speaking of other consoles that are download games with a better disc option, both 360 Cubed Compilation (REZ) and PS3 Journey Compilation are definite must haves which I had to buy.

Good call on the Wii Geometry Wars release. I really like that whole genre and have been enjoying the newest Geometry Wars 3: Dimensions on the PS4.

In case you're interested, there is also the DS version which was released at the same time as the Wii one. They're both dirt cheap right now and awesome!
