Just want to post my positive customer experience with the Racket Boy Store. I purchased one of the DC vga cables:http://www.racketboy.com/store/featured/dreamcast-vga-cable-box.html over 2 years ago. Over time the connections began to loosen, eventually to the point of not being playable unless I sat and jiggled the cable for 10 minutes or so. I don't remember ever being rough with it, but I guess I probably could have been more careful. I wrote Racket last week, asking (just figured I'd try) if he would be able to work out some sort of discount on a new one. I was not expecting much.
To my surprise, Racket offered me a full exchange... over 2 years later! My new cable came a couple days ago and its been hard to pry me off my beloved Dreamcast ever since! I am still shocked by how amazing it looks to be back on VGA. I swear it looks better than other forms of 480p (xbox, etc via component).
