:) Softmodded my PSP with a custom firmware, currently DL'ed the latest entry in the Kamen Rider Climax Heroes series (it's an awesome fighting game), currently working on All Kamen Rider: Rider Generations 2 and a few other Japanese-only games (pretty much anything that's either fantranslated OR isn't text-heavy like fighting games), or hacked versions of games.

:) : Got to go to Tampa today and stopped by a couple of Gamestops to pick up a couple of things I'd been looking for.

:( : Also had to work this weekend. I'm happy for the extra money, but I'm also more tired than usual and I hate that feeling. Bah.

:D : Almost done with my self project, though. The last coat of stain is currently drying. I'm hoping I'll be able to put them in my room tomorrow.

Frown:

Since I used my wife's debit card to send money via paypal, the account has her name on it. I set up a separate savings account to collect the money from the auction, but I can't transfer the money to the account because it has my wife's name on it, not mine. So now I'll have to send the money to her account.

It's no big deal, just frustrating. Plus you can only transfer $500 a month, so it will be four months before I can write the check to the Cheslocks. Again, no big deal, but frustrating.

Smile: The total raised so far is $1,948. If everyone ponies up we might break $2,000. That would be excellent.

I never heard of such a thing, so I looked it up. You can remove that withdrawal limit if you verify your identity with them.

Excellent. I spent 31 minutes on the phone with customer service and they were zero help with both issues. The lady on the other end of the phone couldn't pronounce "Luke", and was less helpful than a half ass faq.

After my best friend's wife's funeral I had to roll down my car window and ask for directions. A minute later I noticed my wedding band was missing and thought it may have fallen off when my arm was out the car window.

I panicked. My wife on the other hand, was all "It's not like it's my engagement ring", but I wanted to have my original band. My wife assured me it would turn up somewhere.

Went home, and there it was, on my nightstand.

I hope you find yours too Stark. I also find it a bit comforting that I'm not the only guy who has a bit of an attachment to their original wedding ring.

Confused: My neighbors across the street have been using lawn service all winter, and I have no idea why as the grass isn't growing. The edges don't need to be edged, and they don't have any leaves or pine straw that needs to be raked. It's like paying someone to vacuum your house without them turning the vacuum on.
