You can suggest it, but I never heat mayo directly. If it is heated by the bun or meat, that is one thing, but directly heating it causes all sorts of smells that Id rather not deal with.

Probably because the heat is too high and you don't use a whisk. Turns into velvet it does.

Brown gravy + mayo + nutmeg = so delicious

Dilemma.

Denver omelet or Breakfast burrito?

I realized I have plenty of eggs, tortillas, green bell pepper, green chiles, cheddar cheese, breakfast sausage, onion, hot sauce, ham, "murican cheese", crimini mushrooms, and jalapenos. Probably have salsa too.

Maybe I'll make an amalgam and create the Ultimate Denver slash Mexican Omerrito.

Homemade red pepper & tomato soup. I just need a hunk of bread now.

Anyone know any good recipes focused around spinach?

Been trying out a few different things recently spinach casseroles, pizzas, etc.

Spinach is a good addition to lasagna. Creamed spinach is good too, if it's made from fresh. And I personally love a fresh spinach salad with a good vinaigrette.

Tons, what are you looking for?

Lasagna Florentine is incredible.
Spinach quesadillas are simple and delicious.
Spinach with bread crumbs makes an awesome side dish.
Spinach pastries with phyllo dough are fairly gourmet looking and tasting.
Spinach quiche always satisfies.
etc...

I could go on and on.
