-1 Toktogul

I hate to do this because I know things happen, but with heavy heart I have to give a -1 to Toktogul. I don't quite know what's going on, but after sending a broken NGCD and promising to send a new shell, three months later I still have nothing. Even an "Oh, yeah, it'll go out on Monday" several weeks ago amounted to nothing. And now, the last message went read but unanswered.

you do know he has been in Canada all summer right?

Pretty sure they have the Internet in Canada and being an effective communicator shouldn't be damaged. (Other than adding "eh" to all of your statements, obviously.)
