It's an awesome game! Get the TG-16/PC Engine version. It is the best one.

sensei man, where are you living exactly?

Some of the better deals I found when I was in Japan was:

Sega SG-1000 (Mark I) for 500yen (good condition)
Sega Mark III for 500yen (good condition, but no controllers)
PC Engine Duo for 500yen (awesome condition. About 2000yen once I got AV/AC/controller)
PC Engine Duo for 5000yen (CIB, like new condition)
Dracula X: Rondo of Blood for 4000yen (multiple times)
Neo Geo AES for 5000yen (CIB, like new condition)
Neo Geo CD systems CIB for... nevermind, you can probably guess.
LaserActive with Mega Drive PAC, PC Engine PAC and a couple dozen games for 30,000yen
Copies of Super Tempo (Saturn) for... nevermind, I really am too embarrassed to say.
Radiant Silvergun for... 500yen (about $6)

Haha, I kind of figured he is in Japan. I was curious where exactly he is. Teaching English I guess, from his username.

After reading the intro to his blog, I learned he lived in some mid-sized city in Kyushu. I guess that means he doesn't live in the most awesome slightly-larger than mid-sized city in the world; Fukuoka. I love that city.

Yup, it's in great shape. Very little clean-up needed. I really enjoyed a lot of Midway titles in the 90s so finding Hydro Thunder in there to boot (goes for $15 plus loose) was nice.

(4) CIB Sport Games he gave to me as my last free item - 4 x $0.95 - $3.80
Desert Strike was released in that '92 - '93 timeframe - just like those sports titles. The golden era for large-for-no-reason Genesis cases from Electronic Arts. This, my friend, is great karma after selling me Mutant League Football. The next day you found five cases!

The Wizard of Oz: Beyond the Yellow Brick Road Nintendo DS

Complete - 1 sticker on the artwork - $12.99 + tax, goes for $25 plus online. Almost bought a new opened copy for $20+T, but I asked my gf to drive for a used copy and now she is mad bc every day off she has she says i ask her to go game hunting.

It is the Bandai Intellivision, the Japanese version of the Mattel original. CIB and in beautiful condition, despite the awful controllers I am in love with this thing.

I put some more pics up on my blog here:

Its just so awesome on so many levels.
That box is in excellent shape. Congrats on the find! 8)

Desert Strike was actually in the wrong case, the artwork was about 1/4" too short, however the manula was thick, so I think the prev. owner just moved it to box better suited for the manual and of course it was the larger cart.

Yes, karma indeed - it's funny, i've had a thread to acquire them for months, got 2 from Mechblue and then squadoosh for weeks, then boom, very happy.

And JoeAwesome, steal on Bulk Slash, dang - I usually don't miss the ones i'm actively looking for, nice.
