Battle Bakraid (Normal Course 1CC)
LaserReimu (Mild 1CC)
Stealth Bastard Deluxe (plus The Teleporter Chambers)
Trilby: The Art of Stealth
Rogue Legacy
2048

Haven't beaten too much so far this year. As you can probably tell, because I'm including 2048 just to make up the numbers. :-)

I enjoyed Rogue Legacy. Played through the normal game and NG+. Not much else to unlock at the minute, although I haven't beaten the extra bosses and unlocked the Traitor class yet. Not really sure if I'll play it much beyond this point, though. Looking at these videos it seems that the game is pretty broken at very high levels:

I'm not sure the designers put too much thought into how the game was actually going to behave at those levels...

1/6: Dear Esther (Steam)
1/11: Hydrophobia: Prophecy (Steam)
1/14: Spirit Camera: Cursed Memoir (3DS)
1/26: Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney (DS)
2/1: 1,000,000 (Steam)
3/14: Thomas Was Alone (Steam)
3/15: Fairy Bloom Freesia (Steam)
3/22: Suikoden (PS1)
3/25: Wizorb (Steam)
3/28: Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams (Steam)
3/29: Fire Emblem: Awakening (3DS)

Thoughts:
Woah this was pretty good. I really liked the story and the characters, and beating some guys to a pulp was really fun :D (especially w/ Donnel & Nowi~) However, I was just awful at this game XD I played on Easy, No Perma-Deaths and I was really glad I did because I kept on killing characters off... I do think things through before I do something, but I end up forgetting about one thing and then whoops, those guys died...

Only complaint was that when I had to grind (which only was once luckily), it took foreeevverrr to get anywhere. I guess because each battle is pretty long, but either way I hardly ever like grinding :/
Overall: Really enjoyed, but I'll probably skip out on any earlier Fire Emblems until I get better at Strategy-RPGs

Lauren have you played XCOM Enemy Unknown? You can get it on Steam. Amazing strategy game - and there's an Easy Mode.

Wait is that a remake of the DOS game X-COM: UFO Defense? I love that game!

As for Fire Emblem: Awakening... Such a good game. One of the best strategy RPGs of all time. It makes me want to track down the rest of the series but holy shit..... dem prices.

That was my experience once I finished it. I figured I'd just mosey on over to eBay and pick up another game in the series. Nope. :(

Noise is making me want to play XCOM again. I never beat it. I really should. I haven't beaten a game in a month.
Older. Not wiser.

No, I haven't! I might have to look into it... Especially if there's an easy mode :) (didn't know that before haha)

Yeah, the prices for the rest of the series is pretty crazy >< Were they all low print runs or something? (I can't imagine why else the prices would rise up so high...) I'm lucky in that my boyfriend (who is a huge FE fan) has all of the English FE games, so I won't have to worry about tracking them down later. Not that I'll be able to properly play them any time soon, with my amazingly awful tactics

Yeah the only other one I've been able to track down in a (used) Shadow Dragon.

The prices for the earlier (Japan-only) games aren't bad, but of course they aren't in English. :!:
