So what you really want to play is PlanetSide 2. Basically Battlefield Future Online PC Gaming version.BoringSupreez wrote:The online game that makes me wish I had gaming-quality internet the most is the PC version of Battlefield 3. What I've seen of it on Youtube looks insanely awesome. Huge maps, tons of players, many ways to play. It looks so much better than COD's multiplayer.
Of course, the way things look in a video is often different than how they actually are in person.

Eh, dice seems to ruin the game more somehow every time they patch the game. It does look amazing on PC though, I play it whenever I'm at my old place and my buddy isn't playing eve online. If the next gen of consoles can't match that at launch I'll probably sit the next rounds out. The PC version just blows the console versions out of the water, and running at 60fps is just jaw dropping.BoringSupreez wrote:The online game that makes me wish I had gaming-quality internet the most is the PC version of Battlefield 3. Now that our temporary guest has left our house, I finally have possession of my shitty 32" LCD Sony TV from 2006. I can't believe I paid over $700, it took me forever to save that amount. All those mowed lawns and raked leaves it took!
And while it's shitty, it does have an s-video port and it doesn't have any perceivable input lag. So retro games play just fine on it. Now if only I could turn off the 3% overscan...

Was your "temporary guest" as "temporary" as mine currently are?RyaNtheSlayA wrote:Now that our temporary guest has left our house, I finally have possession of my shitty 32" LCD Sony TV from 2006. Why did the inverted Castle in Symphony of The Night not use use the same music in the areas as the normal castle, but have them be backwards? I really love Wandering Ghosts and Crystal Teardrops, so when I got to those areas, they didnt play.

Why ya gotta snoop and ruin it? Why ya gotta be impatient and all gimme gimme?SamuraiMegas wrote:Me and sherlock searched the house for Christmas presents while my mom was at the store. Bought a Game Genie. Haven't used one since I was 11 or so. Should be a fun night.
