Hit the Houston Game Over store that opened yesterday. Found a dual analog PS1 pad in with the normal dual shock ones. Didn't really need another PS pad, but for $9 cool to have a rare variant.

A very Nice find! Most sellers don't know about the grey look alike.
Wait till you try all the pre duel shock games with it. Both Analog sticks can be set as the direction pad! The beautiful green light and large hand grips. Also handy for Tank Control games such as Resident Evil or Little Big Adventure. Press up with the direction pad while turning with the right stick :D

Did this have a European release?...

I've been on the lookout for one of these ever since I heard of it on here, but never saw one (yet)...

EDIT Yup, it did... Wikipedia: dual analog controller

Keep any eye out, one day you'll find one! Look for the concave plastic sticks.

Check my DUAL ANALOG Signature link. The old PSX Barracudas also offer the sweet Analog Pad mode. :D

@ Hobie - Please post a bragging pic of your great find!
CRTGAMER wrote:The DUAL ANALOG find to me is one of the true spirit of finding a treasure that anyone can afford. The reason why is most sellers do not recognize it from the regular grey Dual Shock. If you come across one, keep that Poker Face and ask how much for the Grey PS1 controller.

Darn, no cash in the card. Christmas ornament reads: Tyler Lee 1st Birthday. Think I'll hang it on my tree this year.
